Accelerator D-75 features a good compatibility with recipe rubber material, providing better dispersancey while coursing no dust pollution. Its excellent processing performance increases the productivity while reducing the cost.
D-75 is a widely used guanidine accelerator, it's product features very good anti-aging performance. The rubber materials have to be activated by zinc oxides and stearic acids when D-75 is used together with thiazole type, dithiocarbamate type, guanidine, thiuram type accelerators. It also improves the tensile stress at a given elongation, and applies well to natural rubber and compound rubber. D-75 must not be used in the product that has contacts with food due to it's light degree pollution. It can be used in light colored or colorful rubber products, including tyres, rubber pipes, rubber tapes, cable and general industrial products.
